All members and guests of Aronimink Swim Club are expected to follow all rules and regulations. Any violations can lead to expulsion and eventual loss of membership. All swimmers and guests are expected to follow any additional guidelines from the lifeguards. No Exceptions!


ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IS ALLOWED ON POOL DECK. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO

REMOVE ANY GLASS ITEMS.

REGISTRATION
All members are required to pay annual dues whether they use the facilities or not.
Membership is limited to the primary member, spouse and children of the primary member who live in his/her home.

The first name of each family member should be recorded on the invoice, regardless of age. Please return your invoice with your check.

DUES & OPERATING FEE
The operating fee is $175 and dues are determined by the number of individuals in your family. Our new membership database is with membersplash. The link is https://aronimink.membersplash.com  You can pay your fees either by credit card or mail a check to ASC, P.O. Box 854, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.


If your dues are not paid on or before May 1, 2024 you will be charged a late fee payment of $50.  No one may use the facilities at Aronimink Swim Club unless they have paid in full.  All members need to have their photo taken at the swim club in order to enter the facility. If dues are not paid prior to opening day of the pool season, you can either go on line to membersplash and pay by credit card or take a check to the front office for the full amount. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE FRONT OFFICE FOR DUES/OPERATING FEE.

SPECIAL PASSES
A person who is not eligible for membership living in the home of a member either permanently or during the pool season may use the facilities all summer with the purchase of a special houseguest pink guest ticket for $150 per person.  To take advantage of this privilege, they must have proof of residence; a copy of their driver's license must accompany the dues payment registration form. There will be no exceptions.

Families who have a non-member caring for their children may purchase a special caregiver guest ticket.  An adult member must purchase this purple guest ticket for $200.  If you are interested in purchasing this pass, please

GUEST PASS POLICY

Guest policy is to pay as you enter...$10.00/day/guest. Members can take guests to the pool, who live within the pool boundaries. It is important all members must be present while their guests are at the pool. Any member who ignores this rule will lose their membership.


REMINDER: MEMBERS WHO BRING IN MORE THAN 8 GUESTS (1 ADULT TO 4 CHILDREN) MUST CONTACT THE GENERAL MANAGER 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. GROUPS ARE ONLY PERMITTED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. 

ALSO, GUESTS NEED TO BE TESTED FOR THE DEEP WATER TEST FOR SPLASH PARTIES AND SWIM MEETS.

 POOL CLOSURE POLICY FOR GUESTS
- If the pool closes & the guest has been at the pool less than 4 hours, a pool closure voucher will be issued. It will expire at the end of the current season.
- Vouchers are non-transferrable.
- ASC is not responsible for lost vouchers.
- All other guest rules still apply.
- Guest will only be able to enter the pool with members
- No monetary refunds

Below is a summary of the Guest Policy Changes put into effect in 2013:
- Guests who live within and outside the pool boundaries are allowed.
- A Member 14 years or older must accompany the guest the entire time at the pool.
 
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you do not want to maintain your membership and you have a share of stock, your stock certificate must be returned to the club on or before May 1, 2024.  Please make sure you endorse the back of the certificate with the same name/s to which it was issued.  Mail your share of stock to the club, Aronimink Swim Club, P.O. Box 854, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.  If you were issued a letter noting your share number, (starting in 2009), please advise us in writing on or before May 1, 2024. Please include the same name/s to and the share number which was included in the original letter of notification. If you are an associate member who wishes to terminate your membership, please advise us by letter on or before May 1, 2024.

In both cases, receipt of your $100 is contingent on these two provisions:

1. The club must receive notice of termination on or before May 1 2024.
2. Annual Dues/Operating Fee have been paid for all previous years.                     

CLUB OPENING
The club will open on Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 10:00am - 7:00pm. When entering the pool, you give your name to the front office and they should have your photo on file to enter. Anyone whose photo is not uploaded to the new membership database, will need to show ID to get their photo taken. The club will be open for the Memorial Day weekend. All matters are subject to a final consideration by the Board of Directors
